About this sound
Whispered from somewhere just beyond the light, this processed creepy girl voice line delivers a single, skin-crawling confession: 'I hear the scratching at night.' The vocal treatment gives the speaker an otherworldly, upside-down quality, as though the words are rising from somewhere they should not. She sounds neither fully afraid nor fully human, sitting in that disturbing space between a lost child and something far worse. Drop this line into a horror game cutscene, a haunted house walkthrough video, a paranormal podcast intro, or a jump scare moment in a short film. TikTok and Reels creators will find it instantly recognizable as nightmare fuel. Download it royalty-free and let her voice do the haunting.
