About Ghostly Breaths

The ghost standing directly behind you. Breaths that move from calm and gentle to frightened, sharp, strained or slowly building, exhalations that drift like wind or echo away, and tonal breathing with a faint note inside it. Mixed low, they make an audience feel that the room has one person too many. Use them for the build-up to a jump scare in horror games, haunted house scenes in film, ASMR horror and audio dramas.

Thank you for taking one of my sounds with you ❤️

I recorded and produced this one myself. No AI voices, no cloning.

Everything here stays free

There is no expectation. But if a sound has found a home in your project, maybe in a game or a video you are creating, I would be deeply grateful for a small donation. Creating these sounds is how I make my living, and every bit of support helps keep this library free 🙏😌

Credit is optional

The license does not require it. Here is a line ready to paste.
