About this sound

She was calm a moment ago. 'Okay, what?' comes from an exhausted woman who suddenly reacts to something nobody else noticed, as if someone only she can hear has just spoken to her. This almost seven second clip captures a woman losing her grip on what is real, and it does so without a single scream. Use it in a psychological horror game when a character hears voices, in a film scene where a patient reacts to an empty room, or in a horror podcast to signal that something unseen has entered. It also works as a quiet, uneasy beat in a found footage project. Download it and make your audience wonder what she heard.
