About this sound
Few sounds stop an audience cold like the sudden, horrified cry of a female ghost caught off guard. This six-second clip delivers exactly that: a wailing, ethereal voice laced with raspy, breathless terror that feels ripped straight from the paranormal realm. The sound sits perfectly at the intersection of ghostly whisper and anguished shriek, giving it remarkable versatility across scenes. Drop it into a horror game as a proximity trigger when the player stumbles upon a restless spirit, use it as a jump-scare sting in a haunted-house YouTube video, or layer it beneath a paranormal podcast intro to set an immediately unsettling tone. Short film directors and indie game developers will find it equally at home in dark corridors, abandoned buildings, or supernatural encounter cutscenes. Download it now and let this haunted female voice do the heavy lifting.
